I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms had everything I could need and were nice and functional. The upgrade to the 10th floor was a nice touch. The service was exceptional, especially the cleaning staff who were very friendly. The location was superb for exploring the local area, and the dining experience was very tasty. Overall, a great value for money.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit small and warm, which made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep, yet the staff was pleasant and respectful. The location was convenient, but I felt there were better options in terms of value for money. The dining was below average compared to what I expected.

Rooms
6.0
The family room I stayed in was very small, which made me feel a bit claustrophobic. It was a little warm at night, and I had to turn off the overhead fan to sleep better. However, the air conditioning could have been more effective.
Service
7.0
The staff at the hotel were pleasant and respectful. They addressed the complaint I made at the reception regarding the discrepancy between the booking information and what I found at the hotel. However, there was noise from other guests at early morning hours.
Location
8.0
The hotel is located in Gran Via, with access to top hot spots in Madrid. While it was within walking distance to many attractions, I felt their other hotel at the top of Gran Via might have been a better location. The price matched the location, and there were plenty of shops, live theaters, and movies nearby.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience at the hotel was below average for a four-star establishment in terms of quality and variety. I opted to eat outside where the prices were more reasonable.
Facilities

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, though not as depicted in the pictures, was surprisingly comfortable. The lack of a proper outside window was compensated by a large, functional space with a lovely bathroom. However, the price seemed high for the room size. The service was commendable, with kind and helpful staff who were responsive when needed. The central location was a big plus for exploring Madrid, but the high cost did not seem entirely justified. The dining options, while basic, provided a decent variety despite some repetition. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, though not exceptional.

I couldn't have asked for a better spot in town with the hotel centrally located and yet secluded from the city noise. The rooms were spotless and so cozy with the plushest beds and pillows. However, the service was a bit rocky, though they managed to fulfill my request for a higher floor room. The dining experience was okay, but the fried eggs didn't quite live up to expectations. Overall, a great value for money stay with all you need just steps away.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with good-sized bathrooms, but there was a constant unpleasant smell of sewage during the night. The service was lacking in responsiveness to concerns, and the location, although central, felt overpriced. The dining options were hit or miss, with a decent food selection but consistently cold hot dishes. However, the facilities were adequate, offering basic amenities for a comfortable stay.

The hotel has some mixed aspects. The rooms are in desperate need of renovation and quite small, but they are quiet at night and feature very large comfortable beds. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster - from fixing issues promptly to encountering some unfriendly and unhelpful staff. The location is convenient for both tourists and business travelers, being central to Madrid, despite some bland areas. The dining experience offers a nice variety of foods, especially at breakfast. Overall, it's a decent option with room for improvement.

I couldn't get enough of the hotel's fantastic location, just a minute away from Plaza España, making it perfect for exploring the town easily. My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although advertised as spacious, were quite narrow; however, they were very clean, comfortable, and had a free mineral mini bar. The service was excellent, with really friendly and helpful staff who even took delivery of a take away for us. The location, right over the Gran Via and close to 2 metro stations, was the best thing about the hotel, making it perfect for exploring the town. The dining experience had plenty of choices but the food was basic and did not vary during our five-day stay. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.
